I'm gonna make this short and simple.. Ok maybe not... It's really amazing how people are shunned or underestimated in their beginnings, only to blossom into the true geniuses that was always within them.. I've followed the genius that is Kanye West since around my 7th grade year of middle school (2001).. Reading the "Blueprint" liner notes, I had no idea of knowing that the music connected to this name would spark my inevitable passion to create.. And years later I am known first as a man, and second as an up & coming music producer.. I say all this to applaud Kanye West, as this short work is yet another chapter in the legend that is he. Briefly stated, I paused this short film at the....9:09...mark, to not only have the utmost pleasure in featuring it on Dope-Enomix, but to express the amount of amazement at this dude and his art... Nearly 10 inspirational years after I discovered his name, and 7 years since I've known his face, Kanye West drops, "Runaway"..
